  • Building Works & Kiss and Drop: The building works started on Monday, June 29. Remember to display your family name cards in the windscreen when using the Kiss and Drop Zone, and please follow the rules: stay in order, no cutting in line, no reversing, and do not exit your vehicle unless a child needs car seat assistance.
  • Parent Pick Up Line: Teachers will walk students to the side gate. Parents are asked to collect students from the park on Vista and Fernleigh Track.
  • School TV - Positive Parenting Series: The Assistant Principal found the "Positive Parenting Series" on School TV insightful, especially the "Raising Boys" and "Raising Girls" topics. You can access these and more via the School TV link on the school website.
  • 2026 Fee HCC Discount: If you hold a Healthcare/Pension Card, return the 2026 Fee HCC Discount Application Form with a copy of your card to the office ASAP to receive a tuition fee discount. Contact the school office if you are experiencing financial hardship.
  • Office of Safeguarding: St James' Primary and the Catholic Schools Office are committed to a positive and safe environment. Formal protocols are in place to address complaints and grievances regarding learning, behaviour, welfare, organisation, management, health, and safety. You can lodge a complaint or access the policy via links on the school website.
  • Canteen News: All school canteen volunteers must complete the new NSW Government Food Authority Standard 3.2.2A training online. Please update your child's class on Flexischools to ensure correct order delivery. New menu items include Margarita Pizza (Mondays & Wednesdays) and yoghurts.
