Whole-school updates

  • Principal's Welcome: A big, warm welcome back to Principal Kirrily, who is thrilled to be back in the swing of things at school. She thanks the leadership team and community for their support.
  • Book Week Parade: Get those costumes ready! The Book Character Parade Assembly is on Wednesday 26 August at 9:00am. The theme is "Symphony of Stories," and families are welcome to attend.
  • ICAS Assessments 2026: Optional academic competitions in Digital Tech, Writing, English, Science, and Maths are available for students in Years 2-6. Registration is via the parent portal and closes Monday 27 July. Testing will take place in August.
  • Safety Reminders: Please remember that bikes and scooters must be walked - not ridden - through the school grounds. Also, yard supervision is from 8:45am to 3:45pm, and all mobile devices (including smart watches) must be handed into the office during the school day.
  • ADHD Parent Support Group: This group will run again in Term 3, starting Monday 20 July for 8 weeks. It offers a supportive space for parents to connect and share strategies. You can sign up via the link in the newsletter.
  • Sporting Success: Well done to a Year 5 student who won a silver medal at the State Cross Country event and has qualified for Team Vic! A big shout out to all our soccer and cricket teams for their efforts in recent matches.
