Whole-school updates

  • Principal's Message: Term 3 has started positively with lovely weather, allowing students to enjoy the new playground. Our school grounds are continuing to improve, with more opportunities for engagement planned over the next few years.
  • Art & STEM Expo: Join us in the STEAM building next week to celebrate student work in Visual Arts and STEM, themed around 'Plants and Animals'. The Expo is open Monday 27 July - Thursday 30 July from 3:30pm-4:00pm daily, and for a final viewing on Friday 31 July from 8:30am-9:00am.
  • NAPLAN Results: Last week, NAPLAN results for students were released via Compass. Reservoir Primary students have shown exceptional growth and achievement in reading, writing, spelling, numeracy, and grammar & punctuation, surpassing similar schools.
  • Student-led Clubs: Our Year 5/6 students are leading a fantastic range of lunchtime clubs this semester, including drama, chess, garden, and craft. Big thanks to our education support staff who help make these clubs possible each week!
  • Mural Design Project: The school is partnering with Bayley from Merindah-Gunya to design a mural for our outdoor spaces. Students have shared their thoughts on what our school community, local environment, and values mean to them.
  • School Values: This year, we're focusing on Kindness, Integrity, and Personal Best. Term 3's special focus is Integrity, with specialist teachers awarding the 'Integrity Iguana' to classes each week.
