  • Student Reports: Get ready for your child's Term 1 and 2 progress reports, which will be sent home electronically on Tuesday 30 June via School Bytes. Remember to read them with your child and celebrate their effort!
  • Multicultural Perspectives Public Speaking: This Friday (26 June), the local final for the competition will be held in the Newtown Public School Hall. Best of luck to the talented students representing Stage 2 and Stage 3!
  • Operation Art: Huge congratulations to the 5 students whose artworks were chosen as finalists for the Operation Art Initiative! Your pieces are truly fabulous.
  • Sydney East Cross Country: Well done to the 4 students who qualified for the Sydney East Schools Sports Association Cross Country Championships, with one student achieving a top 10 finish!
  • Upcoming 'Weeks' in Term 3: Mark your calendars for Education Week/Festival of Creativity (Week 3, from Tuesday 4 August), Science Week (Week 5, from Tuesday 18 August), and Book Week (Week 6, from Tuesday 25 August). There will be many opportunities to visit the school and celebrate learning.
  • Dance Concert: The Term 2 Dance Curriculum program will culminate in a Dance Concert on Friday 14 August at the end of Term 3 Week 4. Save the date for this creative celebration!
