Whole-school updates

  • CAPA Collective: Parents and prospective families are warmly encouraged to attend an inspiring evening of Music, Drama, and Dance this week. If you missed the Far North Coast Dance festival, you can catch some of those performances here!
  • NAIDOC Week Celebrations: Kicking off with an assembly on Monday 29 June at 9:15am, which will include a new Wall of Fame inductee and the Student of the Year award. First Nations students, families, and guests are invited to a Morning Tea in the Library following the assembly on Monday 29 June.
  • NAIDOC Activities & Uncle Baz Cup: First Nations students are invited to an afternoon of dance and weaving activities at Cudgen Creek during Periods 4 and 5 on Tuesday 30 June. The week concludes with the inaugural Uncle Baz Cup OzTag game against teachers on Wednesday 1 July afternoon during sport, with a free sausage sizzle for all students!
  • Coastal Academy of STEM Excellence Maker Fair: Join the Kingscliff and Coastal Learning Community for a free event celebrating STEM creativity, innovation, and problem-solving on Tuesday 30 June, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm, at the Kingscliff High School MPU and Library. Enjoy hands-on activities, student projects, university reps, a BBQ, cake stall, and coffee van!
  • P&C Uniform Shop Hours: The Uniform Shop is now open Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00am-11:00am. Payment is by cash, cheque, and EFTPOS. Please note hours are subject to change due to limited staff availability.
  • Update Contact Details: Please ensure your contact details (name, address, phone, email, emergency contacts) are up to date with the Front Office staff for prompt communication, especially regarding student absences.
