  • Health Reminder: Please return the completed form if you wish for your child to participate in this program
  • Check the body for ticks: Undress and check for ticks daily, checking carefully on the neck and scalp
  • Antihistamines: As of Term 1, 2026, Havenlee School will no longer supply paracetamol/ ibuprofen and/or antihistamines
