Whole-school updates

  • Financial Assistance: Families holding an eligible Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card are eligible for a reduced annual school fee of $520 per family. Contact the school for more information or email finance@bunyip.catholic.edu.au.
  • CSEF Applications: The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides $125 for eligible primary students to cover school trips, camps, and sports. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, complete the application form and return it to the school.
  • Transport Assistance: Students living 4.8 km or more from the nearest Catholic school in country or outer metropolitan areas may qualify for transport assistance or a conveyance allowance. Find application forms (private car, private bus, public transport) at the school office or visit the provided links.
  • Parent Access Module (PAM): PAM is your go-to for student absences, medical updates, excursion permissions, and important school information. Instructions and a direct link to PAM are available on the school website if you need help logging in.
  • Teacher Professional Development Days: Please mark your calendars for several upcoming Pupil Free Days where no students are required to attend as staff will be undertaking professional development. These include Monday 13 July, Friday 14 August, Thursday 17 December, and Friday 18 December.
  • Pupil Free Days (Term 4): Term 4 has additional Pupil Free Days on Friday 30 October, Monday 2 November, and Wednesday 4 November - please make alternative arrangements for your children.
